Looking ahead to 2016 weddings may seem a little strange but ladies you know if you are getting married next year the dress will be a major decision for the whole day.
And, as we are all well aware, these type of decisions take time.
So we thought we would compile some of the top bridalwear trends that will be emerging in 2016.
We have taken inspiration direct from the runways of New York wedding
1. Voluptuous Volume
This trend has been massively influenced by the Disney Live Action remake of Cinderella. Focus is shifted to the bottom of the dress which must be large and it seems that layering on the surface is a key feature. The top of the dress seems to be more closely fitted with cut out and nude sections in high prominence.

2. Floral Prints
For brides that want to make a statement, floral prints are going to be big in 2016. From watercolours to graphics, cut outs to lacing large floral printing is back in a big way - one for the bride who isn't scared to break the rules.
This is one particular trend we are in love with! This is pure glamour heralding back to the high-society riches and the fashion captured by Richard Avedon in Paris during his 1950's fashion phtography work. Column (or sheath) dresses that are form fitting have been accentuated by adding removable trains to the waistline. This is one way of added luxury to your day and enabling you to have two different looks throughout your special day.
Model wears: Naeem Khan
For daring brides - these two-piece separates work well for fashionista brides and brides looking for a high fashion edge on their wedding day.
Models wear: Theia, Elizabeth Fillmore, Jean-Ralph Thurin, Sarah Seven
5. Detailed Blacks
For those of you who don't like the image of wearing white on your day, we have good news for you - black is most definitely back! Designers have increased the detail work out there and are coupling organza, tuille and lace in ways we haven't seen before making black dresses a beautiful alternative.
